Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern participation in the OneLove Dance Camp of the Find Your Flow association. They apply to all participants and their legal guardians, provided participants are minors.

2. Registration

Registration is done via the official online form or by PDF registration. Minor participants may only be registered by their legal guardians. A signed authorization to participate is mandatory. Registration becomes binding upon receipt of the registration fee. The organizer reserves the right to refuse registrations without giving reasons, especially in case of overbooking.

3. Conditions of participation

Participation is at your own risk. By registering, participants confirm that they are healthy enough to participate in the camp. Any health restrictions must be communicated before the start of the camp. Meals are not included unless expressly included in the selected package.

4. Packages & Services

All packages include workshops, group excursion, activity program, camp shirt, water bottle and cap. The contents differ depending on the selected package as follows: BasicOne includes a coach and accommodation in a hostel with 8 to 10 people per room. EasyLove includes a coach and 4-bed rooms in 2 to 3 star accommodation. GoodOne offers coach, 2 to 4-bed rooms in 3 to 4 star accommodation and two excursions. PremiumLove includes the flight (only bookable until May 1st, without airport transfer), 1 to 2-bed rooms in high-quality accommodation and two excursions. Excl. airport transfer.

5. Room allocation

Accommodation is in 2 to 4-bed rooms, depending on the package and availability. Room requests will be considered if possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

6. Prices & Payment

All prices are in CHF and include the services described in the respective package. The total amount is to be paid according to the invoice. One-time payment or monthly installments are available. A booking is only binding after receipt of the deposit. If the deposit is not paid on time, the place can be passed on.

7. Cancellation & Withdrawal

Cancellations must be made in writing with a justification. Until May 1, 2025, the deposit will be refunded minus a processing fee of CHF 150. After May 1, 2025, there is no right to a refund, except in the case of a medically proven impediment. In case of no-show, late arrival or early cancellation, there is no right to a refund. In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics or political unrest, the organizer decides on a possible postponement or refund. Liability for consequential costs is excluded.

8. Liability

Participation is at your own risk. The organizer is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. No liability is assumed for accidents, illnesses, theft or loss of objects. It is the responsibility of the participants to take out sufficient accident, health and liability insurance.

9. Rules of conduct

Participants commit themselves to respectful behavior towards other participants, trainers, employees and towards the accommodation. Instructions from the camp management and staff must be followed at all times. Alcohol, drugs or aggressive behavior will lead to immediate exclusion from the camp without refund.

10. Photo and video recordings

During the camp, photo and video recordings may be made by the organization team. By registering, participants or their legal guardians agree that these recordings may be used free of charge for marketing, social media and documentation purposes of the camp. A revocation of the consent is possible at any time in writing, but only applies to future publications.

11. Data protection

Personal data will be used exclusively for camp-related purposes and processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG). Data will not be passed on to third parties, unless this is necessary for the implementation of the camp, for example accommodation or transport.

12. Final provisions

Changes or additions to these terms and conditions must be in writing. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the program, accommodation or coaches for organizational reasons, provided that the overall performance remains equivalent. The place of jurisdiction is the seat of the association Find Your Flow in Switzerland. Swiss law applies exclusively. Should individual provisions of these GTC be ineffective or invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
